Not when I was trying to play the game it wasn't. All I got from it was 'we're taking over this heap'.
I'm told the PC version does a lot better though.
Honestly I couldn't play more than a couple of levels because I got so damn frustrated with the AI. 10-15 minutes of me doing everything? No thanks.

The XBox 360 version says almost all of that within like two minutes of intro cinematic.
