That sounds like about the most boner-killing idea I've ever heard of since I last heard Austin Powers chant "Margret Thatcher naked on a cold day". Putting images of cruelty to animals next to porstars boinking, I mean is this supposed to discourage animal cruelty or give someone REALLY creepy something to fap to?

Seriously. What the fuck? Now we KNOW they're getting desperate if they're actually seriously straight-facedly distributing free porn just so people will pay attention to them. I'm all for informing people about animal cruelty and trying to improve the way animals are treated, but not like this. I don't want to support an organization that consists of people that prefer to act like a bunch of assholes. |

I've heard---but don't know how true it is--that vegetable farming hurts more animals (through use of pesticides and the reapers and threshers used in harvesting) than actually eating animals does.
Plus, PETA gets a lot of flak for sneaking into slaughterhouses and shit to take gruesome videos but outwardly doing very little to actually rescue the animals there. Like they care more about the shock value of the videos and photos gathered covertly than actually saving any animals. Which wouldn't surprise me in the least.

This is the same organization that didn't even bother to find a home for a whole bunch of dogs that they obtained and just flat-out euthanized them.
Also the same organization that euthanizes pits or pit-like dogs on sight.

Threshers kill a damn lot of mice and other rodents. But, for hay fed cattle, it would lead to more animal death, although free range is less so. I saw a video of cattle being killed and cut up. They went out of their way to kill them as quickly as possible. Just, zap to the head, cow falls down dead, and the worker starts to butcher the corpse. |

THat's what I meant--mice and rats and little bunnies and other rodents that live with our cropw and off of our food stores. PETA puts all animals at the same level of OMGMURDER so the threshing death of a bunch of bunnies should be seen as the same as the butchering of pigs.
Except for pit bulls apparently. I think I knew that about them, and they (rightfully!!) get a lot of flak for their practices.
