This is why we shouldn't have gotten rid of our battleships. Nothing intimidates like a battleship. We got rid of our battleships? Ironbite-WHEN!?

When they become outdated as warfare changed and the battleship become obsolete.

I'd be more concerned if those ships were capable of launching missiles or something. They can. Not very good ones, mind.

This is why we shouldn't have gotten rid of our battleships. Nothing intimidates like a battleship. Sounds like it's time to unberth the Big Mo and send her on a cruise. 'Course if we want to play fair and have equal sides, send the USS Constitution...that should be even odds

Nothing says "Fuck off" quite like a battleship firing all of its sixteen inch cannons as a "training exercise." I'm pretty sure anyone would lose bladder control from that coming out of nowhere.

I think the U.S. should let the Iranian navy in. As a gesture of, IDK, something. But bring them into New York and tell them to take a good look. This is what freedom looks like. This is the Great Satan up close. This x9001. And arrange a demonstration specifically for this event.

That, or use one of our nice, radar-intensive cruisers to obliterate any and all electronics on the ships. Nothing says "fuck off" like having your ship sent back into the 19th century.

I prefer to interpret that statement to mean that the ship will literally be sent backward in time.

I prefer to interpret that statement to mean that the ship will literally be sent backward in time. I prefer to interpret that statement to mean the ship will morph into an ironclad.

I prefer to interpret that statement to mean that the ship will literally be sent backward in time. I prefer to interpret that statement to mean the ship will morph into an ironclad. I pictured a ship de-evolving in a combination of the Pokemon and Civilization series
