I have an opinion. I defend my opinion when other people criticize it. I believe my opinion is the best opinion, otherwise I would hold another opinion. Therefore, I feel other people's opinions are lesser than mine and I will criticize them.
So yes I attack other people's opinions while defending my own. I hardly see how this hypocritical or any different from any other thread on this board.
I'm not crying foul for people attacking my opinions; I'm crying foul for Admiral Lthp calling me "biased," as if it's unacceptable for me to have an opinion in the first place. Of course I'm biased. Why is this something negative?
You will have to point out exact examples of what I'm saying that is so outrageous.

You obfuscate the subjective nature of what you're saying with copious factual language & legalease. You ridicule the opposing position as "being offended over nothing" as though you have a right to tell them what to think. You defend your stance with circular logic & outright nonsense. You boast that you're going to attack other opinions & that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this. And now you are going to sit here & cry because I called you "biased." And you don't see what is outrageous about any of this.

As I argued, the offense derives from a misunderstanding of the true origins of Christmas. If I think someone's offense is misplaced, I can call them out on that. No, I don't see what is so outrageous about being biased on an Internet forum. By demanding that I be unbiased in my posts, you're asking me to not pick a side — "holiday tree" or "Christmas tree" — one way or the other. After all the posts I've made in all the threads on this forum, all which have taken a side on the discussion at hand, just like everybody else does, this is the first time I've been asked to be unbiased. = Wahh he uses big words!! [examples needed]

I'm not sure whether to attack the fact that you outright fabricated something I said or that you ignored the entire point of my post.

It's called a Christmas tree. The holiday is called "Christmas," not "Holiday." There is no such holiday called Holiday, ergo there is no such thing as a "Holiday Tree." Y'see...
