Know why this is sad? This is the guy we had a thread about a couple weeks ago, the one who could poke fun at himself and did a hilarious stand-up speech. Faith in humanity just dropped a few shaky points (shaky because Breitbart is Breitbart).

He will appear live on Maddow's show in a few minutes. Also I am quite skeptical that he did it.

Isn't Weiner is pronounced wine-ur? I grant you he may be a wiener ... He pronounces it like wiener actually. Anywho, real or not (doubt it's real), Rep. Weiner is still the coolest guy in congress.

Isn't Weiner is pronounced wine-ur? I grant you he may be a wiener ... Why yes, it is. I've been yelling at the telly every time they pronounce it "wee-nur". (If you want to get even more technical, it should be "vine-ur", as the "w" produces a "v" sound in German.)

Bill O'Reilly talked about this. His main rant was actually "Why isn't the FBI investigating this?"

Course I really don't feel like throwing this thread into one about the differences in dialect in Germany. Either one is correct but it also depends on what you're talking about when it comes to 'wiener'. As for the original topic... What is with these people and 'accidentally' posting their penises for the world to see?

Weiner [with ei] is pronounced 'vine-er' (It's a name, but it could be interpreted as 'cryer' or as somthing about wine.) and Wiener [with ie] (from/of Vienna) is 'veener'.

I just don't think somebody who uses Twitter as often as he does would be as stupid to transmit his dong over the internet publicly like that.

To me it sounds like a hack job, I haven't seen or heard anything that sounds like it could be true, especially considering the fact that Breitbart broke the story. Breibart makes the The Globe & National Equirer look like good news sources.
