What I find annoying is how on EVERY SINGLE DAMN edged weapon test they all burst out shouting "OHHHHHHHHH! SICK!" Seriously. Find another word. Go figure, the sharp thing designed to kill people is able to cut into flesh.

Interesting. I will need to remember that for future reference.

To demonstrate that guerrilla warefare tactics used by Crazy Horse & Pocho Vila being used by others we're going to show clips from previous episodes.
Oh, Deadliest Warrior. You so crazy.

That's it! DW has jumped the shark.
...
Zombies vs. vampires.

I think I mentioned that a few pages ago. It concluded with explaining what fast zombies are which probably won't be what will be featured in the episode.
Can't say it's the best way to conclude a season.

Reviving the old Spartan vs. Ninja debate, 'cause I'm cool like that.
On the ninjato: There would certainly have been attempts to conceal it, & they probably would have been effective for a time. Also to note is that there wasn't a clear dividing line between samurai and ninja. A samurai could easily have a long sheath with a short sword inside, for the element of surprise or to give an advantage when fighting indoors--usually, you assassinate people indoors. In fact, the fun thing about espionage is that he might not actually be anywhere he shouldn't be.
True, it was really a situational weapon, but so are most things attributed to them. That's why I think the ninja should have won. They had crossbows, poisons, that crazy-ass egg thing which was handwaved with "spartans are just badass enough to fight unimpaired with a bunch of shit in their eyes," fucking bombs, eventually guns, and more. I can accept that, for some reason, he had to fight an armored warrior in the open, but what kind of jackass doesn't bring the heavier artillery in that event? Also, steel in Japan might not have been that great, but it was still steel.
Do I know what would have happened? No, no one knows exactly what they did. But the Spartans were treated like some kind of videogame enemy. You know what I mean, "Target is immune to blind because it's a big fucking mean thing."

Because I agree with you, you make a good point. Steel vs bronze motherfuckers. The ninja's steel sword is slicing through that bronze like so much fucking tinfoil

I'm quite certain it was stronger than bronze. How much stronger I'm a little more unclear on.

Not only is iron harder than bronze. They stopped using bronze weapons once they could do iron. The ninja sword was steel. Steel is significantly harder, stronger and sharper.

I have to admit I know of a few warriors who would ignore being blinded. I think Spartans are one of them.

They said glass was sometimes used in the Black Eggs.
I'm no expert on Spartans or warriors in general, but I'm pretty sure it's hard to ignore having glass in your eye. Pepper and the like can be blinked out after awhile, but glass? I'm not so sure.

It's also a matter of actually making the damn thing explode and not have the Spartan use his shield to block the glass, dust, whatever else.
There are just way too many variables to say for certain who would win these matches.

True, although early iron weapons weren't significantly stronger than steel. What I dispute it the assertion that a steel sword would cut through bronze armor/weapons "like so much tinfoil." Bronze isn't anywhere near that weak. AIUI, the advantages of steel were not that it was exponentially stronger than bronze, or could cut straight through bronze armor, but that being stronger, armor could be made thinner, and thus lighter, while still maintaining strength, and swords could be made longer, thus gaining reach, without compromising integrity. Also, steel probably holds an edge better.
