askold: Only a handful of states do, but to me, death is the easy way out of this. I say make him spend a lot of time in prison. After all, hell IS other people.

I wish I could say I was shocked or surprised someone would do this. But I'm perfectly aware the only thing that comes close to the bounds of human stupidity is individual capacity for atrocity.
Disgusted? Most certainly. But I'm not the least bit surprised some fucker would shoot a 4 year old on suspicion of the kid being gay.

$50 his only defense is temporary insanity.... unfortunately his crime is hyperchicken levels of fucked up...so the plea might just be accepted. Sarcasm aside... there is not a prisoner with a big, barbed, acid-laced enough dick to make this guy pay enough. I won't be satisfied until he suffers worse than Promethius. Um... I don't think that a prison rape should be considered a just punishment. I don't think anybody deserves rape and I am not a fan of "pay evil with evil" methods of punishment. That said, I think the person in question deserves a life sentence. |

I was going to say that protesting this child's funeral would be an all-time low for the WBC, but then I remembered that they threatened (don't know if they went through with it) to protest the funeral of the 9-year-old victim of the Tuscon shootings.

Wait, so, if you think the kid is gay, why not send him to "therapy" or "straight camp" or something if you don't like it? Sure, "conversion therapy" and "straight camp" are fucked up in their own right, but c'mon, at least nobody gets shot to death.

(I forgot the age cut-off for "You WILL go to heaven if you're under this age," but I think it was like 6)

Which can itself lead to a death sentence (one way or another). In the past 6 months, I've read a case where two prison inmates killed another, just because they felt like it. (Death sentences for the killers, and the victim also - of course - died.) And then there was the inmate who set his prison lover (also an inmate) on fire because (get this!) Lover recently found he had HIV and Inmate thought Lover would think Inmate gave it to him and be angry enough to kill Inmate. (Did that sentence make sense?) |
